Dear All,

 Am pleased to share with you all what digital devices are able to do when put to good,inspired and imaginative use. Most of us waste the digital power we have in our devices for  unproductive use.

This is an exciting time for our generation because we have all the information that we need right in our hands,but the missing link is Imagination. Imagination is visualization of what can be if we had to take some certain action. The results of our imagination when put into action can reveal certain secrets. This can only be made possible by an extra set of eyes by way of digital devices with cameras.

Below are some of Digital Devices that i have used to capture rare pictures about the Moon and Lightening.

Now each of the above gadgets come with their own functions and capabilities, but how we  put them to use is limited to our imagination.

Take a look at what i captured using the camera above, these are the fifth and sixth,respectively, in a nine picture series of Lightening striking the Moon.As you digest these pictures,bear in mind that a camera does not lie,it captures what is in its path and every pictures tells a story. Behind every picture caught on camera there is always a story.

This is what was captured on camera,when the Moon and Lightening appeared at the same time and on the same side.These were not easy shots as can be seen by the second picture which is out of focus. This was a live event and it required using instincts to time the flash of lightening and that of the camera. However,the message from the pictures is the same,the interpretation is the story we need to decipher from these pictures.
.
Anyone with similar pictures let's compare, share notes and come up with one conclusive story about this phenomenon.

Dear All,

Am here to surprise you yet again with what digital devices are capable of doing. This time we are not talking about a digital Camera specifically,but about smart phones with embedded digital cameras.

Its amazing how they are are able to capture things we cannot see with our naked eyes.On this particular day,on the same spot i captured lightening striking the moon, i was able to capture something spectacular that i have not seen before. I stand to be corrected, this is the moon that looked ordinary to our eyes, but as it continued rising we captured it with a smart phone, showing first two extended rays,then four rays and finally six rays as can be seen below:

This was not all, we decided to see what a tablet can do,so we shot a video of the moon using a tablet and a smart phone.We could not save the video on the tablet due to some malfunction, so we used the smart phone to capture and save the video of the moon, again we got surprised with what we saw.

If look at the above pictures there are the exact opposite of each other. Just like words and numbers,a picture also has a story behind it. Hello!!
Here i come again with the third in a series of nine pictures that i want to share with the world. First, i would like to share with you all a picture of where it all happened and happens!, the Veranda.

 This Place as shown below happens to be the back veranda of my house. I call this veranda the Moonwatch porch because that is where i see the full moon appear in its majesty.

This Veranda is actually the western part of the eastern side where the moon appears from!. Below is the eastern part where the moon always comes from as can be seen.

The picture below was taken from the same veranda above and am trying to validate my conclusion that indeed Lightening struck and bounced of the moon. I don't know what you conclusion might be?

Ok as i promised am about to hit you with another surprise concerning what a digital camera can do when put to good imaginative use.

I know that most of you will doubt what you are about to see,but this is real and the little digital device responsible for this is shown below:

Never mind the brand name any digital device used with imagination and some divine inspiration could have done the job.

That's right lightening striking the moon!,i stand to be corrected, but this is something never seen ever in the whole wide world!

The Power of a Digital Camera Part 2

I would like to emphasize the Digital Camera Power to all who may want to doubt the picture of lightening striking the moon.

One thing that is clear is that a camera does not lie,it captures whatever is in its focus. For me to capture these picture, i had to use my ingenuity,imagination and divine inspiration,because i had no idea as to what was going to come out of the shots i was taking.

My ingenuity was to time the flash of lightening,to that of the camera so that i was able to capture lightening striking the moon.

My imagination, caused me to think of what the pictures would look like if i captured them on the camera.

Thirdly,it was divine intervention that caused me to take action, because i believe this event appeared to a lot of people,but on that particular day no one decided to take advantage of the view  by capturing it on camera. To most people it was just the moon and lightening,but some of these events are rare and its not everyday that they would occur. So i took action to see what it would look like on picture and Voila!!,Moonlightening.

Lastly, i believe this is something big and that's the reason i have decided to share it with the whole world.
Three things brought this phenomenon together namely;Nature itself, Human Imagination and a Digital Camera with enough power to capture this rare event. The most important of the three was the Digital Camera  which revealed exactly what was taking place. If i had no Digital Camera,i would not be writing about this event today. The Digital Camera made all the difference to bring this Phenomenon to light.
